About the project

The wooden village Golf Village, situated on the north side of the Black Stork golf course in Veľká Lomnica, presents amazing views of both the High Tatras and the 27 hole PGA golf course. The hotel International**** offers quality restaurant services, modern cuisine, leisure centre, hotel (open 24 hours) and golf reception.

The wooden houses are designed for residential or recreational living, made out of Finnish pine supplied by the HONKA company in Finland. There is a wide choice of wooden houses that have already been built, or individual properties according to client's wishes can be designed. The wooden houses are made in varying log thicknesses, with large windows to allow amazing views of the High Tatra panorama as well as the golf course. The houses will be heated by gas and electricity, or by water from the geo-thermal bore. The following services are provided by the Golf Village (not fenced) : cleaning, gardening upkeep, road maintenance during winter, security cameras monitored by the golf resort security service.

The price of the land starts at 130 euros per m2 excluding VAT (structural engineering included) depending on location and size. The final price depends on the client's individual choice of wooden house and takes 6 months to complete including the interior.
